Tom joined Strand Hill in April 2021 as Consultant working on finance & accounting mandates. Despite being early on in his recruitment career he has successful partnered and placed talent with leading businesses across the real estate sector. 

His ability to understand and identify what both clients and candidates are looking for combined with a down to earth approach has allowed him to ensure that all parties have a positive, transparent and stable recruitment experience. 

Tom is quickly rising to be a trusted partner in the industry, with clients coming to him for repeat business due to the consolatory service and relationships he fosters.

Tom started his career at Cobalt Recruitment as a Candidate Manager as part of his industrial placement year whilst studying at Loughborough University.
