Jilani set up Strand Hill alongside George Oliver in July 2019. 

He has been recruiting exclusively into the Real Estate sector for over 10 years, working with clients that include REITs, developers, investment managers and Private Equity firms. 

He executes retained search and C-Suite mandates, exclusive contingent recruitment campaigns and advises on organisational talent strategy.

Jilani started his recruitment career at Badenoch & Clark where he set up the Real Estate finance desk recruiting accountants and finance professionals.

At Cobalt Recruitment, Jilani was Director of the Finance & Accounting division, where alongside his executing his own recruitment mandates, he was responsible for the divisional strategy, P&L and growth of the team.
