George set up Strand Hill alongside Jilani Chowdhury in July 2019. 

He works on finance & accounting mandates as well as taking on middle management search across the real estate sectors which includes working with Institutional Investors, Private Equity, Asset Managers, Prop Cos and Developers. George’s sector expertise combined with insight, empathy and understanding has helped him develop close relationships within his network.

George started his career at global recruitment firm, Badenoch & Clark, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing the Property Finance desk that went on to be one of the most profitable desks in the private sector business. 

At Cobalt Recruitment George was a consistent top biller and rapidly rose to Executive Consultant.
